#109 - Manchester-by-the-Sea

 Not to be confused with Manchester, New Hampshire, the town was renamed in 1989 from straight up Manchester to Manchester-by-the-Sea (all those dashes).  Near Cape Ann, the town has a cute downtown with Masconomo Park providing views by their harbor.
