Becket, Chester and Sturbridge (#223 - #225)

Becket #224 - If you have driven west to New York you know this spot. It’s where the Appalachian Trail crosses over the Mass Turnpike in our 224th town of Becket.
Chester (225) - April is waterfall season in Massachusetts. We ventured to the Chester-Blandford State Forest and walked to Sanderson Brook Falls. It was a nice 2 mile round trip hike with this beautiful payoff.
Sturbridge (#223) Old Sturbridge Village is the largest living museum in New England. It represents life in MA from 1790 - 1830. We were able to see the Oxen team work, visit the school house (right up Laura’s alley), see the blacksmith make kitchen ware, and watch the potter make mugs. The costumed interpreters are happy answer any question you have, making it a cool educational experience. Always fun!
