Mass Towns 31-35 Dalton, Goshen, Windsor, Pittsfield, Sudbury

Sudbury - The Old Grist Mill at Longfellow’s Wayside Inn. Henry Ford built this structure when he owned the property. Popular location for formal pictures (we saw High School portraits, baby bump, and wedding photos being taken simultaneously). Excellent Americana restaurant.
Dalton - We were not sure if we would get to see the waterfall with the drought, but it was there! Pretty spot and easy walk to the falls in this state park.
Goshen - Fun random fact: Goshen and Baker, Missouri, are the only two towns or villages in the United States within 29 miles of four different states (NH, NY, VT, CT).
Windsor - Ran across an amazing Trustees preservation property. If you like to XC Ski, snowshoe or hike, there are extensive well marked trails at Notchview. Would love to come back and try out snowshoeing.
Pittsfield - Herman Melville wrote the classic Moby Dick at Arrowhead. His study faced Mount Greylock, whose snow covered summit reminded him of the breaching back of a mammoth Sperm Whale. The top picture is the inspirational view 🐳
