#341-344 Lanesborough, Cheshire, New Ashford, Williamstown

Williamstown (#344) During this project, we have made a special effort to walk college campuses. It’s one of our favorite things to do. We believe Williams College will be the last of this walking journey. Williams College is a small, private, expensive, quintessentially liberal arts school that has a litany of famous alumni and faculty. Gorgeous grounds, world class (free) art museum, and a quaint downtown should put this town on your to-do list if ever in New England.

New Ashford #343 was one of those small Massachusetts towns where we were not sure what to see on our walk. We were pleasantly surprised to find one of the oldest standing schoolhouses in the country and the first vote cast by a woman in a national election! MA has such rich history.

Lanesborough (#341)- Joining us, for the first time, was Mindy our newest service puppy in training. We traveled to western MA and walked along the Ashuwillticook Rail Trail. Only 10 to go!

Our Cheshire (#342) walk continued along the Ahuwillticook Rail Trail, which skirts the lovely Cheshire Reservoir. Terrific mountain view backdrops and a dramatic cloudscape (plus Mindy 🐕‍🦺) made for a great photo spot!
